The last time I upvoted one of my own posts was on 2018.03.20, which was approximately 9 months ago.
I intentionally stopped self-upvoting and I am not planning to do any self-upvotes on any of my posts in the future, so I probably will not do any self-upvotes in the future.

I do not get early votes on my posts. Waiting until the 13th before seeing an amount on my post is sometimes frustrating but I still I only vote on posts that I love and put in much efforts in writing.
Also, I always try to cap self-vote at 5% and will kick myself whenever I noticed it's over 5%. I do not like self-voting and I am not against anyone doing so. This is a habit I plan to stop when I start getting some early votes.

I make a conscious effort not to self vote
Not always easy sometimes when you put in so much effort into a post and see some sad numbers and I feel like I need to give it some love .... but I can say the 2nd half of this year I hardly and in the last month probably not at all.
So I went with the 0-5%
I have never voted my own comment though...

That's awesome! I respect more those who self-vote less and really dislike those who do it in the abusive spectrum.
The less we can self-vote our content, the more we can give out and the higher the chances of someone else upvoting us back, I guess.
I mean, if we all upvoted each other, we would probably end up with much more than we would get for self-voting.
Dunno though but, I'm always geared towards curating others rather than myself.
As for upvoting comments, I don't see anything bad in it. Again, if it's not just a placeholder for that vote but to rank higher in the comment section, then I see no evil in it.
That's why I upvote some of my comments. Sometimes you just want to be high up in the comment section for that much needed exposure.

I bot almost everything. I have 7 cents organic. The rest are bots. If you take that into account compared to my 3 cent vote id say i self vote at least 80-90%

I wouldn't count bots as self-votes and I completely understand why you use them. I did the same before but, stopped as downtrends were eating up a lot of what I invested so I ended up losing way too much than I could afford to.

Yeah. When sbd is printed you lose often.. But now with steem/sp its always a positive ROI as long as the reward pool is relatively stable.
I mean its not something i want to do, but when you write stuff like i do, critize behavior i dont like people get pissed off so you cant expect much votes.
