Have you heard about the Fermi Paradox?
It is named after Dr. Enrico Fermi and describes the apparent contradiction between the lack of evidence of extraterrestrial civilizations and the high probability that such alien life exists.
So what could be the reason for this paradox? Or is such evidence just not disclosed, as some believe?
I am convinced that we are not alone in the Universe, but that we either have not yet been found (bad scenario) or that we are deliberately avoided (good scenario).

One explanation for the paradox might be that there is a moral code across the extraterrestrial society that prevents aliens to officially contact us, until we have reached a certain level of development or fail to do so. Some occasionally nevertheless do so, what we then see as UFOs. We are like that yet uncontacted Sentinelese tribe.

I have to assume by probability that they do exist and would even lean towards visited/exist with us but not confident enough to declare for certain they do exist/visited/live with us.

There is the Drake Equation and the fact that blue algae existed as soon as the earth was a few 100 million years old but it took another 3 billion years for complex organisms to develop.
This leads me to believe there must be or has been one celled life somewhere.
The chance for intelligent life in our galaxy - besides earth people (feel free to insert a joke about humans here ;) ) - is slim.
In the unlikely case they do exist I hope they don't find or ignore us.
