- The blind mans/ woman white stick has a pooper catcher thing on bottom.
- No one does. It's one of the few perks to blindness.

Its either that John or I am living near a shit load of blind people. No pun intended. I will investigate your theory by following some of the blind people in the area to see how they get on with a poo bag. When I get a large enough sample size , you will be the first to know my results.
