If you want.
If your vote is over 0.25 you need to make a comment to receive the full amount of cards, to discourage bot-voters, if you don't comment max 3 cards.
And if you want to select the number of shuffles or the cut of the deck simply comment only a number. If the number is above 5 and below 21 it'll be selected for the shuffles. And if is it over 20 it will be the cut.
For example, if I comment the number 53, and the deck is 52, the shuffle amount will be random but the cut will be only 1.
