Here i have converted the image into sketch mode for sketch mode first i converted it into black and white mode then desaturated the image then apply two types of filters from filter gallery and applied some other tools, then i have added some more details and applied an filter called charcoal then invert and multiply now its looks more clear and cool

Here i have started to add water colors as you can see some effects that i have added on the middle.
