Bubble Man (バ ブ ル マ ン Baburuman ?, Trad. Man Bubble) is a Master Robot created / designed by Dr. Wily as the 1st humanoid robot made for use underwater. However, due to the waterproofing process, Bubble Man could only move by jumping, and going long distances he looked so stupid that even Dr. Wily could not help but laugh at him. Subsequently, this design error was corrected.
In "Mega Man 2", Bubble Man used an army of re-programmed robots to take control of the hydro-electric plant. Bubble Man has a trigger in its head that creates resistant bubble-shaped sulfuric acid projectiles, which are called Bubble Lead. In summary, Bubble Man performs very well in battles under water, also having a cannon in his left arm of ordinary shots.
