As the name "Strange garden", it really looks strange. On the first glance looking at the drawing, I thought you have drawn some Monster. But you have an amazing drawing skill :)

:-) monster, haha but yes, I mostly see some creatures as well. And it's strange, but I can not do the same two times, always new creations appear. I am surprised every time! :)

That's cool, its always better to surprise yourself with your own creations :)

It is a curious thing, to see the world as it is inside your head. It looks alien and peculiar, yet somehow beautiful.

I'm glad I get to see glimpse of it from your drawing, krasnec :).

Congratulations on your curie vote.

Thanks @scrawly! I'm also happy when I get glimpse into this inner world. Usually short before falling asleep or just before waking up.
I try every day to remember these pictures of flowers, but lose them most of the time. Sometimes I notice a pattern and when I try to draw the same, it looks terrible! :)

It looks a lovely day and a lovely way to draw away an afternoon. I like seeing my various favourite artists all collected up together in real life, it has a surreal quality about it.

I often sketch on our beach and in my garden; communing with nature always summons up the Muse. And an amazing drawing was the result.

Thanks so much! :-)

Congratulations and thank you @curie for supporting artists as well. @krasnec, excellent job as always! I've been watching you for a while and I'm always amazed how detailed your artworks are. Each of them is unique and full of character.
This garden is special to me because it's graphite and fineliners on paper, which is my favorite too. I can't imagine how many hours you need to do such a drawing but it turned out great. I can see it as part of a story book for kids. The variety of flowers and plants makes it fabulous. Well done! Looking forward to your next artwork!

Thanks so much @erikah! :)

Always my pleasure 😉

I see a zipper in a whimsical water stream filled with surreal flora. I don't know what I see but I do know I like this style of line art. I often notice the recurrent floral forms and you're skilled at using the lines to create something strange in something natural.

Thank you so much! Many years ago my master Ernst Fuchs told me: "You have to work it out so realistically as you can, so that people wonder - didn't know that exist something like this?!" Unfortunately I do not always have the discipline to work everything realistically. Sometimes the medium does not allow me exact crafting. But I do my best. :)

Love the drawing! It looks almost like something that DeepDream would create. Do you ever play with DeepDream? Would be very curious to see what it would do with that piece.
The rock sculptures are pretty awesome too. 🎨

Thank you! I don't know DeepDream. :)

You should look it up one day if you get a chance. It is an artificial intelligence program. It basically will take any picture and make a new picture of how the AI sees it. Some of them are pretty fantastic.

takes AI to know one.

any intelligence is better than none

hahaha! man you're fast! what are you saying headchange?

just cruising along answering my comments. Did you get your ginabot fixed? Tagging you is useless lol

oh you get comments? and you replied to both of them?

hey..Ginabot tells me if I get mentioned, is that what you mean?
I think someone said steemworld was better at that but I don't know.

After long time I saw your post..... It's really awesome.... I like your drawing.... You are creative person.... 😍😍😍😍

Thank you!

Plz support me on my posts

A place like this sure has the ability of unleashing one's creativity and it did just that for you! You and your friend chose an amazing spot to hangout and draw. it has a beautiful scenery and those stones look really nice (the ones you are sitting on)!

The garden looks strange yet beautiful, i wonder what was going through your head when you made that drawing...

Thank you! What going through my head - hm, good question. Now that I think about it, I usually don't think while I paint. From time to time I look at it from afar, then I turn on my brain. :-) I also often hear instructions from one or the other master, or I hear the descriptions of that, what I am doing. So that every little thing has sense and its right to exist. I say I hear because I have no feeling that I think that myself.

Oh wow! that's quite deep no wonder it is beautiful!

Yeah, every little thing sure makes sense and do have right to exist, I am glad you brought them to life on your paper because they made your drawing look that beautiful- all the little details.

That is one very detailed art piece @krasnec, every line, every space within the strange garden. Very beautifully drawn. How long did you take to draw it? And I like the location you chose to do the drawing. So calming. I love your pants too :) And @gric's stone sculpture is really cool. How did he make it stand like that? It looks much heavier at the top.

Thanks so much! I don't know how long, but this one I made fast. For some drawings I need days :) Yes, Peter's stone was heavy!

:) When there is the right mood in the right setting with good friends, the drawing can be fast :)

So now I get more info about who's on Peter's pictures of Facebook! Looks like a fantastic area. Super cool drawing too ;)

:-) thanks @headre!

Very interesting, almost a through the looking glass view, The long draping puts me in the mind of a queens robe from the back as she strolls through a beautiful garden full of petals and pinwheels. There are so many minute details it's impossible to really catch them all. It must have taken quite a long time to produce.
The setting at the river does look amazing and conducive to some relaxing artwork. I'm just curious how long it took him to get the rocks to balance, lol

Thanks so much! :)

howdy there from Texas krasnec! I so enjoy this post because of the beautiful scenery and you fascinating drawing. I love the tiny detail work and know that you must have great patience for such work!
I assume that you have been drawing for a long time?

Howdy from Austria and thank you!
Yes, I have been drawing/painting daily since 18 years but as a child I liked at mostly to paint. Patience? I don't know... I just do it, the time is not important. It's done when it's done. :) Sometimes takes me hours and sometimes days long.

oh how interesting krasnec! I don't know anyone from Austria so that is interesting also..in fact I don't know anything about your country, is it a stable economy with alot of jobs?

Yes, it is stable! And I don't know anyone from Texas! :-)

howdy back krasnec! wow you're still up, I figured it would be late at night there so thank you. Well you do now, know someone from Texas! lol.
and you are obviously bi-lingual right? what is your home country's language called, just Austrian? I'm sorry I'm so ignorant about these things, I'm just a simple country boy redneck!

Hahah, no, here is 18:35 now. :)
I never wrote so many comments like on this posting. The language is german here.

ahha! yes Ma'am you've done very well here in comments but then curie attracts alot of attention besides the boost in rep number so congratulations! and thank you so much for replying to me..do you work in a regular job outside of your home?

That is indeed a strange garden drawing. On first glance I thought it is a tower or something architectural. Except for the flowers that I was somehow able to decipher, I still can't figure out the garden in it.

Though, it is very artistic of you to have come up with such idea. And drawing by the river, that's cool! It looks like you will have all the peace of mind you need to focus and ideas would come flowing.

Great artwork!

Thanks so much! if i have no other title i call it strange garden, :) which is my most common theme in my artworks. I thought to name it giant flower again, but there are a few plants under it, so it's a little cut out of my soul garden.

... a little cut out of my soul garden.

How do you describe your soul garden anyway? Have you drawn the whole of it?

It would be not possible to paint all of it :)
From somewhere the flowers must come, which otherwise don't exist...
Years ago,I cleaned out my soul / heart, cleansed of all the weeds and garbage that lay around, and planted flowers.
It would be good for everyone to do that. It's like cleaning the house.

It looks like your garden is so wide to be painted. 😊

I cleaned out my soul / heart, cleansed of all the weeds and garbage that lay around, and planted flowers.

I may have an idea but I am curious as to how you do this. Care to share?

It's a meditation. Take a deep breath and enter in your inner, throw away everything negative. Any word that may have hurt you or experience you no longer need it. As you clean up your livingroom. :)

As you clean up your living room

My goodness! I can't even clean my room. 😂

Kidding aside, what meditation technique did you do? I heard yoga is effective though people were saying that one would need an instructor to start with.

Do you have tips for new drawers like me? because I always have great ideas but never know where to start.

It doesn't matter where you start. Begin and don't give up - I think that's most important - never give up and do your own thing. It takes years...

@krasnec The garden that when you look closely at it you see the beautiful talent that you have. He manages to draw so incredible. That beautiful nature where you did it is the best setting for inspiration. Extraordinary your work and your art of drawing. A great greeting and happiness.

Thank you!!

very nice

Fantastic!
I can't draw like that.
Its too hard for me.
Great work @krasnec!
I want to see more!

Cheers!

Thanks so much! :)

You're welcome! :)

@kransnec, it's beautiful. You are so talented and creative in drawing. Keep it up, hope to see more of your work. Wow!! one pencil can create such a beautiful art.
It will be good if you can share some tips on how to draw some simple drawing to people like me who has no idea where to start :)

Thank you! I will try to make some photos of process, but it's not easy for me to do that.
I don't draw from photos, that means i pay all my attention to my work. 100% devotion. When I interrupt to take a photo, I lose the flow of creation and has to find it again. What should I say ... drawing is like any other work - practice makes Master. Don't give up and work diligently. Experimenting. Good luck!

Ya I totally agree, when you start the work, you need 100% focus , no interruption. Thank you for the encouragement. Hope to see more of your art in future.

Hello that is a beautiful place to create a beautiful art:)I like the style of this deawing.

Thank you!

What an amazing sketch. You are very talented, a gift that I'm glad you are sharing with us! Beautiful.

Thanks a lot!

It's nice to see that you spent time surrounded by beautiful nature, which inspired you to create this picture. I wish you success in your work :)

Thanks so much @madlenfox! Wish you success as well!
