Tiene un estacionamiento, el local, el S.S., un pequeño jardín, el depósito, el recibo y la escalera.
Hay una sala-comedor, la cocina, la lavandería, el S.S., 2 dormitorios, el recibo y la escalera.
En la azotea se puede ver la escalera, la lavandería, el S.S. y el tendal.
