Good evening dear crypto family.
Tonight I want to share with you a different post than what I usually do. This time I dared to explore the combination of lettering and scribbling but also, there is a funny story behind all this.
For some reason two days ago I got the idea that Bitcoin was "turning" 12. I know... I am far from the real date, but I had no idea why I was so sure of this, two days ago. I took the time to see some doodles and lettering inspo to make a "Happy Birthday" design for the special date. It never crossed my mind to check out the information at this early stage of the artwork.
I'll start describing the process of this doodle and lettering artwork.
After seeing some inspiration I sketched with a graphite pencil on a 21*13.5cm sheet of bond paper.
To color the doodles and letters I decided to make a two-color combination with black and yellow Sharpie and Crayola markers.
To finish the design I added a dark yellow stroke to Bitcoin's shape by using a dark yellow pencil color.
When I was getting ready to make the post, after doing the artwork I had to do research once again and I noticed that I was wrong, it wasn't Bitcoin's birthday. However, today I decided to share what I did with you. For me, this is a funny moment to share and I hope was funny for you as well.
