This is the final product of the artwork.

First, the most basic details and some shading in the eyes, I originally wanted to show just the outlines for step one but I got carried away lol.

Shading on the nose to compliment the details

For the hair, i drew lines with a light tone, then progressively drew more with darker tones and shorter strokes. I left it like this for now so i can finalize everything in one go.

Then i drew and shaded the collar

Finally, i darkened all the necessary parts with a 7B pencil, then used a brush to blend the shades

Did you draw this picture just with one pencil?

Well for all my drawings I start with 2B for lines and light shading, then i move to 4b for more details, then i finalize everything with 7B or 8B

And how long does it take to make this?

say 3-4 hours, but it can vary alot for everybody man :)
