Sleeping is an activity that is more important for the human being, since it renews the necessary energies to be able to fulfill daily activities in the most healthy way possible. Fundamental to the diet, those who suffer from sleep disorders often have a state of poor health because they do not rest in the most appropriate way.
The curious thing is that in recent days - to the surprise of many - a group of scientists at the Mayo Clinic Center for Sleep Medicine of Arizona, USA, determined that sleeping with pets is a very effective way to fall asleep in a way healthier.
The experiment was led by Dr. Lois Krahn and had 150 participants, of which 49% were pet owners, who were asked about their sleeping habits and whether their animals were in the same bed While they slept.
The result was incredible, as only 20% reported having a dream interrupted by groans, snores or any movement of their dogs or their cats. But on the other hand, more than 50% revealed having a more pleasurable rest with their pets in bed or in the room. According to the study, the presence of the animals in the same space in which they find their owners generate greater security and comfort
