Today's dream: The treatment for the spaghetti virus is drilling through your gums

When I woke up, I knew this dream would fade quickly, and it has been fading for a few hours because I was a bit busy and didn't have time to sit down and write it. I'll try to write what I remember about my dream.

I was in a place that reminds me of Minecraft-built maps. The grass was very green and there was some very varied nature. There was a house, and before the house, there was a pathway, some flowers, and then a car and a girl standing beside it. She was talking with us about the fact that she had been infected by a virus and that she was supposed to have been cured of it, but she got it again.

My dad explained to her that this was impossible and that the most likely explanation is that she wasn't properly cured. He also said that he knew all of this because he and I were the ones who had designed this virus. The virus consisted of generating spaghetti inside your body. I guess it was similar to worms and rotting, but in my dream, it was just spaghetti, although seeing that it came from a disease, it was not pleasant and it was a bit disgusting.

My dad offered her treatment and told her that she had to lie down in the car. Her feet were on the passengers' seat, her waist was where the back of the driver's seat would be and her head was where the steering wheel would be. My dad opened her mouth and put the tip of a very long drill bit (spiral tip like a screw, about 1 metre in length and 1.5 cm thick) against her lower gum, below her teeth and above her lips. Then he started drilling and somehow, her jaw was separate from her body, so when he drilled through the gum, it didn't drill through the lower part of her jaw but instead simply reached where the passenger seat back piece would be if there were any seats (the dimensions were all screwed up so the seat was probably somewhere else in the car in my perception).

After my father had inserted the whole metre-long drill bit across the gum, the tip of the bit was about 2 centimetres away from the girl's chest and I was worried that he would kill her accidentally, but the length was done and he said that the treatment was finished. I never got to see if he pulled the drill bit out of her jaw or not but I assumed that when he did she would just be magically safe from the spaghetti virus.

I probably dreamt of other things, but not writing my dreams for 4 hours is a very good way to forget 90% of what I actually dreamt. I can only remember the parts that called my attention the most.
