Dreams are not someone's monopoly, everybody has the right to dream, but have you built your dreams on practical reality of life, or are you building dreams that are just in your mind, the one's you imagine every night, that give a dopamine rush and make you drive crazy, and are completely disconnected from reality, you know what the harsh reality is that no matter how badly you want something in life, it does not make any difference until you work towards it with all the determination , and even if you try hard you will fail ,until you become an expert in your field, you have to understand and accept the reality, your goals should be realistic yet challenging , if you set realistic goals for yourself everyday then you are building your dreams or else you are just building the fear and burden of failed dreams in your mind, and so whatever you are planning in life , whatever your goals are make them realistic and challenge yourself everyday, and nobody else can tell whether your dreams are real or not, ofcourse you can take advise from experts but only you know what you want in life, it will take time, you will fail few times as someone rightly said "To win some you have to loose some", only when you fail you understand where you went wrong and most importantly you will explore yourself and find what you really enjoy doing ,and train your mind for it ,give practical targets and goals to your mind, instead of saying i will be a millionare after 2 years , say to yourself i am going to do "X" amount of work today ,and day by day , with patience you will slowly but surely achieve your dream, and once you start loving what you are doing ,neither success nor failure will make any difference to you, you will be in a state of flow , and at the end what remains is the kind of growth you will experience inside, and become the person you are in peace with , that will lead you to a satisfied and happy life.
