Kick-Ass Tumeric Anti-Oxident Salad Dressing (Vegan)

Ok so I made a Tumeric dressing and everybody fell in love with it so I'm sharing the recipe here. Many if you don't know that I used to own a Vegetarian Restaurant and Juice Bar in 1996 for four years. It was a love-hate relationship because I was in Roseburg Oregon and it was really difficult to do this kind of business then and let's just say- I was ahead of my time. I became the sauce queen and now I'm getting back into making some of my dressings again. Tumeric is an amazing healer and 30 years ago my spiritual teacher in India told us to eat Tumeric root and Tumeric powder every day.

Base:
Olive and Sesame Oil 1cup
Balsamic Vinegar 1cup (add Lemon 🍋 if you like)
Garlic 6 cloves
Tumeric Root 3small roots and/or powder 3 tbs
Raw tahini 4 tbs or more
Salt / pepper
Soy sauce
Avocado Mayo or reg Mayo to taste
Add how ever much water you would like
And add any spices or herbs you like I.e. Basil, parsley etc
I threw in some concentrate kale powder but that is up to you. You can use this as a sauce on top of steamed cauliflower or broccoli or as a dressing. It will be a hit and your friends will love you 😘 — in Lake Oswego, Oregon
