There is a big bazar of dry fish in Chittagong Sea Port Area. All dry fishes are looks so fresh. It has been sundried for some days as if it loses it's all the moisture and gets a well-extended shelf life and without mixing any medicine. Many people are fond of this dry fish. Specially people of Chittagong very much love this dried fish. We call it Shutki.
