Passion fruitmojito

A refreshing tasty variation of the classic mojito

You will need:

4oz of white rum
2 spoons of passion fruit pulp
2 oz of homemade passion fruit syrup
10 spearmint leaves
crushed ice
soda

First you muddle the mint with the passion fruit syrup to release the mint oils, add crushed ice, rum, the pulp with seeds, and top it off with soda stir a little and enjoy this drink.

For a variation you can shake the ingredients without the soda and serve topping off with soda.
