Awesome drone footage in Barcelona - FLIGHT #1

Right folks,

Just before leaving Miami I purchased the DJI Mavic Pro.

The wife was not happy at the price tag!!

This is the first flight.

I was standing in the MB92 shipyard and flew it above the W Hotel!

Really cool.

Suggestions / feedback welcome.

      Wow! Really good for your first time! You'll get used to turning it a little smoother as you fly it more. You just need to fly it every chance you get :) Don't worry about your wife, when she sees the awesome footage you'll get she'll start to like it more haha I'm saying that because I also freaked out when my husband bought it, but I'm ok now that I see all the videos he's taken with it and how he enjoys flying it :D

      I know, I was a bit nervous at the drone went around the hotel, but it got back safely.

        Don't worry just take it step by step always making sure you can visibly see the drone as you fly it the first few times that way you can tell exactly what you're doing and if it's dangerous to have it there or not. We flew it in Seville in what we didn't realize was a danger zone and it went crazy. We had to bring it "back home" quick because if not we would've lost it.

        Drone footage in Seville sounds very cool.

        Took the train to Vilanova yesterday and walked along the coast to Stiges. Managed to get some great footage.
