This weeks Drop in the Ocean word was Sublime, and I gotta say I had no clue when I would use the word. Then I just looked at shit hit the fan in our Cities, Steem making an oopsie, some bot dude on Whaleshares begging for votes, and just in general wherever I looked there was sublime chaos.

If it does not directly affect me... Ok, I lie I can be in the midst of it and when the switch goes off that was making me think that things are of greater importance then I just can't be arsed from that point.
Until then I often hide my shame of getting invested in things a tad more than expected from a chickens input to how to do a proper Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Or I could be that chicken and although you know it is not the best, if they are going to do it then they might as well do it right... or your way.

It is a bit gay, the good way not the angry kind. Taste-testing some stupid wedding cake, and be honest wedding cake is the most horrible thing ever. Your first cocktails on the beach before the days of sand in your ass and heatstroke.
I think peace and quiet are probably the main things I can 100% agree with is sublime, that eerie silence when you realise the soundproof dude did a good job on your bunker, and you now can't be sure if he pressed the red button on his way out like you asked. The earth did shake a bit so that must mean the bomb went off.
So sublime is something we use personally, and don't really dare others to hear us say it lest they are homophobic.

Agreed, and we can use sublime there because there is nothing to be done about it. Personally I want it to hit breaking point, like whatever they do now there needs to be an overreaction, this whole being in limbo is not something I care for. Maybe something non-violent but hard-hitting like complete sanctions against South Africa. Then we watch them cry on tv about the world being racist because that is the only thing their simple minds have. Not against a proper war but I guess people don't like dying :)

I am just so sick of blaming everything on the past - jeez snap out of it and see that the government is stealing so much and gives a fuck about the rest. But as long as they listen and believe the hatred talks and Malema promising stuff we will not move forward. Oh and the excuses but NO solutions. I would like to be kept out of a war because I refuse to be blamed for a past which I was not even part of and was raised to have respect for all people. But ja hiding behind strikes and xenophobia and acting like idiots and killing and burning and getting away with it is ridiculous.
