Decriminlize all drugs?

My thoughts:

I'm actually in the middle of any opinion. First off I hate the whole prison/jail system. It costs way too much, people emerge broke and damaged by it. Then again when "free" they are out there damaging themselves from personal drug use. So while in jail they aren't using drugs, but are being damaged in another way.

More social programs? Well that would be great if these social programs weren't so SOCIALIST ie. pensions and self appointed raises that didn't result in dysfunctional work ethics and bankruptcy.

So having less "criminals" on the street is a good thing, but also having people inject themselves and snort and smoke in public is another thing. I fail to see how decriminalizing will also stop the massive problem with opioid usage. So I'm in favor of decriminalization, but I think that may bring a slew of many unforeseen problems (perhaps even major). I'm not looking forward to people coming from all over the world to get high in the city. Just look at Vancouver; although I have heard Portugal has a program for decriminalization. Don't know if it works..
