The Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Yasonna Laoly, asked law enforcement officials to provide fair punishment to the drug users.
He considered law enforcement officers still seem selective cutting.
"The drug-trained people must be rehabilitated, not the top rehabilitated person, Raffi Achmad, Rhoma Irama children who do not have the money to get into this is not fair, it should be rehabilitation, we should help, because it concerns the young generation," said Yasonna, Friday (1/26/2018).
Based on data from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, he said, most drug users are placed in Penitentiary.
If not rehabilitated, according to him, the number of drug dependence will be higher.
So, he confessed, drug users should be rehabilitated.
However, he does not deny the existence of drug abuse in prisons.
