I see no reason somebody should be sent to jail because they used drugs.
I can understand why you'd get in trouble if you're not a doctor and you're 'prescribing' medicine, however.

    I feel the same way. Legalization also means less dirty drugs on on the streets which will likely decrease fatality from drugs.
