I saw a 18 year old but she could have been as young as 16 stung out in a cvs waiting area. But at least they don’t lace their drugs like street dealers and they don’t murder people like drug cartels.

I don't think them as a drug dealer. They are prescribing patients for their health issues. Now the health authority can consult with them to get rid of this problem what can be done.
