I've been building up my safes to keep up close to my daily income. I have a small agreement with someone to be at constant war with me but thats just so I don't get bullied by others. I let him come rape me a little just so its a familiar face.

    Since thr is no shield, you can still get raided by others. Better would be to build a army strong enough to make ROI negative. Build 1 unit of each type and more bazooka and mercenaries.
