I'm in the process of making a new album. My time here on steemit has been interesting to say the least. It has helped me grow creatively and also given me an avenue to share my music. This track is inspired by my journey though crypto and what it means for us in this day and age. I hope you enjoy. Lyrics below:

Behold as the story unfolds.

It's hard to find the diff between pleasure and pain.

My God life is so hard. We've come so far to healing these scars

But we're marred by the sins of the past.
Skating on ice that's thinner than glass.
Slowing down the car just to look at the crash.

What's a man who a masses wealth
But can't understand himself I need help.

I'm a flawed individual, living in a nation that's divisible.
Ran by an imbecile, in cahoots with criminals.
So it behoves me to make moves like a general.

At minimal I'm setting the stage.
Gettin paid by the block, you can't knock the bregrade.
I got a lot say, that’s why I share my view.
Gotta stay aware on these avenues.

If I have to choose, being the bearer of bad news.
Verse a half truth I thinks it's fair that I use

Every single tool that was given to me.
While floating on the edge of this turbulent sea.
I heard that the fed’s been charging a fee.

So to make bread I got to barter my chi
It's getting hard to release from these cowards that leach.
They steal hours that they borrow free, it gets deep.

We can keep with the status quo
Let them muck it up see how bad it goes.
I've lost all trust in this reality show.
These are days of our lives, where the fallacies mold.

Our perception a weapon used for deception
Kids pop pills just to make it through the lesson.
And still not healed just filled with depression.
This is not a drill they kill with indiscretion.

My brethren art thou in heaven
Impart now your blessings, to start our progression.
Give us questions to uncover the lies
And Grant us protection, as we march for our lives.

Guide our intent, we're just trying to survive
As we ride through this part of the sky.
And what we harbor inside.
Set free so our spirits can be.

I'm a flawed individual, slowly losing faith in the material.
While searching for the spiritual and living in the physical.
Gotta transcend, because these times are digital.

They make it mental to control the design.
But the light from our hearts comes from the divine.
Written in time, the signs are placed in the stars.
That's why Musk trying to send us to Mars.

This is the hour, the power that was given to me.
Is beginning to speak and move like a current in the sea.
The currency we seek ain't made from gold.
The ways of old, no longer shape our goals

We've juxtaposed mold that they put on ours souls.
It’s beginning to fold, this shows our mission is bold.
And every seed that we sow can become tree.
So until the bell tolls for me I’m a be free

For to long we've allowed central authorities to dictate what they believe to be truth.
The few don't out number the many yet we act like they do.
True power lies in the wisdom of the crowd it's ability to formulate ideas through their peers.
We adhere to a higher standard based on the foundation of mathematics and intuition.

Yeah I'm gonna tip the scale, take the train up off of the rail.
Set a course to sail, blaze a trail with a story to tell.
More believable than the banks they bail.
Give em hell while I'm breathing through rhyme and reason.

A new line of thinking that's ruled by the seasons.
Whatever your believe in make sure it's in sync.
