In this episode LankyProgressTV and I talk about the common practice of having a few beers or glasses of wine every night with dinner and generally the culture of drinking and how it affects us! It's an interesting thought dissecting how much alcohol is a part of our cultures and what effect it physiologically has on the body and the mind. Especially when drunken in excess or in common succession daily. I think that it can have adverse effects and me and LankyProgressTV debate it throughout this episode.
