Get Out of Your Comfort Zone To Expand Yourself | ft. Obese to Beast

in dsound •  7 years ago  (edited)

There's nothing worse than someone who is finished discovering - themselves, the world, their curiosities! It's so easy to stay within what we know, to operate within our comfort zones because we are used to it, we know what will happen and it's pretty unsurprising which allows us to perform on autopilot. It's comfortable and it makes the amount of new sensory input your mind has to process on a daily basis pretty minimal so it's something a lot of us do - myself included!

I wanted to dive deeper into this concept with Obese to Beast and talk about how when you do force your feet out of that comfort zone you see so many things happen in your life! It's so important to keep expanding yourself and what you are comfortable with so that you never box yourself into one idea of how life can be.

Thanks so much for listening to my podcast everyone, I really appreciate you guys listening here on Dsound and Steemit :)

One thing that really bothers me is the stagnation that comes with being comfortable with where we are currently.

To move forward in life, one must refuse to be comfortable with his current attainment.

To be able to spread and take new territories, one must be able to stretch beyond his regular limits.

Though not easy but it's a core demand for success.

I hear you brotha !! And I totally agree. I'm middle aged but getting my second wind and trying to do new things all the time.

Life would be boring to not do this !!

Thanks again @brianturner for all the excellent Content you add here.

Nice Post. I agree many people get comfortable and never step outside of that again.

Reasonable word for wise people, you are making sense my dear,i will be following you,i voted you.

That is very true. This platform steemit has made my social media life expand. I always am afraid of telling my stories, my poetry because of fear of rejection. I only post drawings because I know I have a good talent on that. Ive been in that comfort zone for quite awhile and that doesnt seem growing.

Now, that I am on Steemit, I am out. Out to tell the world that I can akso do other things. I am uniquely multitalented creation of God like everyone else.

Continue your feat of doing things out from your comfort zone, because you will be inspiring others in the process.

Hey @brianturner just wanted to say I believe in what you do and wish you all the best bringing positivity to people. I have leased you the 195SP you requested and hope it helps to bring more people to your channel. Peace!

Nice , have a good time
