Thanks so much Brother. Of all the songs we have done together, you are the first one to acknowledge the challenge of working backwards from a vocal melody to a musical piece. I remember that cover I did back in the day of hers. May have to get some more collaborations in the future. Keeping rocking out the music. “When it hits, you feel no pain.” I agree. Much easier to work over an instrumental than backwards. It almost forces real musical instruments unless she was singing with a metronome haha
