    yeah... some of these services are pretty hefty with their beneficiary share...

    imho: just host on a normal centralized service and share the content embedded in "normal" steem posts... I think soundcloud embeds actually work on steemit.com?!

    let's try this, unfortunately it's a totally different @dandann with much less interesting music, but for testing purposes at least the name fits :P

    P.S.: yeah, nice, I get a playable embed for the iframe embed on steemit.com and it works for both the iframe AND the link in steempeak.com, too!

    I saw someone else embed dsound like this but I dont know how...

      yeah... the plain link only works on steempeak.com though

      the steemit.com frontend and tribes like sonicgroove.net want to see the iframe embed code like this:

      the original comment above had both in the text, so steempeak.com actually showed two players there

      you can get the iframe code on souncloud via "share" and "embed"

        Hm... I pretty much only use steempeak to post - or are you saying that regardless of where I post from, it will only SHOW properly on steempeak but not on steemit?

          if you use the iframe it will work on both

          the plain link url shows the player only on steempeak and stays as a simple link on steemit
