These are the sounds that Sound Designers love. You can pitch it down or combinate with several other sounds and you create something totally new. It all starts with a natural sound. We lived a few days in Santa Teresa in Costa Rica and our AirBnB has this fantastic rolling gate. Each time we left it with the car I opened and thought "what an incredible sound". Before we finally left I took out my recorded with my DPA 4060 and fixed them at the gate and next to the lock and open and closed it two times.
The rolling sound is nice and deep sounding and the wheels are made of metal and rolling like on a railway. Metal on metal.
