"Brasileirinho"

in dsound •  7 years ago  (edited)

Greetings friends today I bring you a song by Master Waldir Azevedo, the most popular artist of the choro and virtuoso of cavaquinho, who in 1947 composes "Brasileirinho", the greatest success in the history of the genre, recorded by Carmen Miranda and, later, by musicians from all over the world. Waldir Azevedo was a pioneer who retired the cavaquinho his role as mere companion and placed him as a solo instrument, exploring in an unprecedented way the potential of the instrument. I hope you like it, a big hug! Source (artelista.com/pintura-soporte-lienzo-tematica-paisaje-de-brasil-T1P26E0V0-0-0LallA38-125-p33.html)
