In response to the question of why being a musician, I find thousands of possibilities and feelings that lead me to innumerable answers and each of them could take me to a different place in the direction of my personal life, before even speaking in music or in the profession! Being that way, I perceive that the only reason why I am a musician is that I am deeply moved by seeing the way in which a few people, with their existences, influence and emotion, make a difference in the lives of other people. I already asked myself what is the utility of a musician? He does not save a life in danger like a fireman, he does not save a life at risk like a surgeon, he does not plant the food that makes our bodies live and live, the musician does not build a bridge that makes possible two cities of coexistence, or have the knowledge to erect a building where more people can live, he does not take water to where he has drought, he does not end wars, he does not carry a product, a material good useful to the lives of people ...
Music is responsible for saving lives of children and adolescents in a marginal situation when that possibility is given to them, music packages novels, gives emotion to a scene (either in the cinema or in real life), music inspires to live , the music that builds relationships creating perennial foundations among humans, music simply moves with what no expert can move, in such a sweeping way: music moves with the most intimate emotions of a human being! Then why am I a musician?
To thrill people. In the same way as I get excited with other people who made or make a difference. In the case of a person who is not your family or family, who left for us through their inventiveness and mainly, courage!
