Bulgarian kaval solo on Pagan thracian dance

in dsound •  6 years ago  (edited)

Enjoy a solo on the bulgarian kaval played on a composition entitled Pagan Thracian Dance performed with Bega Blues band and also recorded on the album Brassica Soup

Johnny Bota, the bassist and the leader of Bega Blues band came with this fusion idea with romanian folklore influences, so i've inserted the bulgarian kaval as a flavour for this song. It was played live at CJT Hall

Hope you'll enjoy this short glimpse

I think the bulgarian kaval has its own unique sound & texture

Feel free and enjoy the music

You can find the album in link bellow
