"Recovery"

Streaming ambient electronica jazz

Uploaded to Dsound specifically for AMBIENCE: The Steemit Music Experience - A DSound Community Initiative an ambient electronica jazz tune ... mostly in the 2. Work and Produtivity category, though some of the intention here was 'healing' ...

Recorded September 3, 2018, 'Recovery' has resplendent rhythmic pulsing and electronica and modernist modal melodic phrases uplifting yet soothing. The composer named the piece to commemorate the recovery of a music synthesizer from a malfunctioning state, the device that generates the majority of the rhythmic pulsing heard here. While the title of the tune hints at a 'healing' theme, the active rhythm and uplifting melody also making it appropriate for the work and productivity category of the Ambience: The Steemit Music Experience contest.

nice spooky ambient track , dunno if it's meant to be but it would fit great in a horror film :)

Geez, earlier I was thinking how an art object could be like a Rorshach ink blot test, only in reverse, that is, especially abstract works can reveal processes in the psyche, in this case, in the creator of the work. That being said, I suppose I need to do more 'shadow work' ... or at least come to terms with why I'm attracted to the minor intervals in the modes on which I base my improv ...

Thanks for listening and commenting!

Nice Ambiance sounding track 1. Love the sounds in the background especially. Sounds like something's cooking in the lab. ☺ Very relaxing and unique vibe.

Thanks! Always cooking up something ... ;-)
