This song was about the journey from being unknown and broke to being a well known part of the artist community. The process of traveling from state to state doing shows.Saving up all your money to travel. Looking back everyone i met along the way changed me; It formed who I am today. If nothing else art and music have allowed me to connect with thousands of great people around the world. I wrote this song in 2014 but it still feels relevant today. I'll never forget who I was then.
