And welcome to television

in dsound •  7 years ago

This is an early track i put together going back a few years when i was starting to tinker around putting complete songs together. It features spoken word from an Alan Watt interview where he discusses some of the effects television has had on society, say what you will but TV has been and is very influential to society as a whole... some might even say its had a brain washing effect. the track also features samples from former Australian prime minister Tony Abbot and samples from various news clips.
I have arranged and orchestrated the guitar/bass/synth and keys using virtual instruments, the drums are me on my electronic drum kit.

Super fun track man, good driving song, goes in a lot of places and has great energy!

Hey thanks man. The whole thing was kinda slapped together. I wish I still had all the files so I could polish it up, but I guess being a little rough around the edges adds to the effect.

Interesting project, this actually has a very deep theme in the background. You should experiment more stuff like this. Sick metal!

Thanks, I plan to experiment more with this style in the future.

Nice ...very interesting track love it
