my dsound 31 / Ambient Orchestral deconcerto / Orbital Fog

in dsound •  7 years ago  (edited)

One of my favorite composers is Arvö Part, I really like his music. If I had to say anything about this composition I'd say that it could be interpreted as my humble homage to the Master. Arvo Pärt is an Estonian composer of classical and religious music. At times his music sounds minimal, contemporary and ambient. His music touches me because it builds a high level of emotion behind every chord and it is something I try to emulate.

I composed this variation yesterday and I call it Orbital Fog.

To have this piece performed live with real instruments, 3 violins, 1 cello and 1 bass, with their respective musicians would be needed.

I love arvo part!

Great that my comparison is not wasted. I can totally imagine you doing one of your amazing painting as Arvo is blasting in the speakers and WInston smoking pipes in the corner :)

It's like you are a fly on the wall

Almost, I already said too much :P

Are you the one stealing my quail eggs? ;) I also love Steve Reich, a bit different but good arting music. I love different trains and have listened to it for years.

I am familiar with that name as I have listened to this recording many times:

Mungkin itu adalah musik yang sangat menyenangkan kita, tapi sayang saya belum ngetanya

That's Beautiful Song 🎵🎵🎵

For some or other reason I cant listen to this.
