Hello , When winkandwoo started back in the day , too long ago to even mention , it consisted of two members Stephen Humphreys(wordsmith) and Clive Fuller (Music Man).
After the sad and untimely death of Steve a couple of weeks before the debut album Dossier was completed and released, in 2015, Clive (wink) assessed his passion for electronic inspired Pop , and decided to carry on the name and work as a one man band.
July 2018 saw the return of winkandwoo as the second album The Stage Door was completed and released . Inspirations to my music are Kraftwerk , ABBA, Japan, Ymo, Giorgio Moroder , Carpenters, Disco, House, Soul , you get the picture . I really hope that our music cheers , warms and melts a few hearts along the way . Oh and the name winkandwoo just came from a silly song we never finished , the words went .... winkin and a wooin , prayin and persuin, winkin and a wooin over you.
