Muchas gracias Sr. Dove 11. Hace bastante tiempo inicie este negocio de manera artesanal en la Ciudad de Barquisimeto. En aquel tiempo me fue bien por un tiempo. Venia de trabajar como Gerente de Mercadeo de Chocolate carbonero. Es una empresa chocolatera que fabrica materia prima. Al transcurrir el tiempo, elaboro los chocolates de manera artesanal para ocasiones familiares. Me agrado mucho el curso y es ver la posibilidad de comenzar nuevamente.
