Sometimes in the business that I am currently running I often hear complaints from customers, there are some customers who continue to complain about changes in the price of the fruit that I sell, because at certain times the price of the same fruit can be cheaper and more expensive.
The problem is when the fruit becomes more expensive than usual, that's when many customers complain about the price that suddenly jumps drastically.
Well, to make the problems experienced by my customers can be resolved properly, of course I have to take a good approach so that my customers feel heard about the problems they experience about the price that suddenly becomes expensive.
In this case I try to apologize first and then I start to explain why the price can suddenly increase, because in the process of buying and selling fruit, supply and demand greatly affect the price.
Usually my customers can understand it well and finally they also want to buy the fruit that I sell.
Professional recruitment, if any
For now, in the business that I am running, we have not had the initiative to recruit employees, because we think that our business is still small and we are still able to manage it well.
Maybe someday when my business becomes more developed and we need our employees, we will definitely recruit employees immediately.
Well, the employees I mean here are very easy because I don't want to have special staff yet, I will only recruit employees who can help me with my sales work and the important thing is that they must be honest.
Expansion plan
Of course, the expansion plan is in my mind, someday I want to expand the fruit selling business that I am currently working on, I want to open several branches so that my business can grow even more.
However, I have to consider several factors before doing this expansion, the first is that I have to make sure that my business is really needed by many people in a certain area.
Then I also have to analyze the conditions of the area where I open the branch, whether there are many interested people in the business that I run or not. If the demand for fruit there is high, I will immediately open a branch of my business there.
Then I will also manage my business finances well so that my business can continue to grow without any losses that will make my branch go bankrupt.
Aggressive or soft marketing strategy
For now, I prefer a soft marketing strategy because I see that my business is still small. Because if I spend too much on marketing, I might experience losses because it is not commensurate with the finances in my business.
The soft marketing strategy that I am currently doing is by word of mouth marketing and also by promoting my business on my personal social media.
Because my target market right now is the people around me or people who live around my place of residence. Maybe one day when my business has grown more, I will also create a more aggressive marketing strategy.
