Just to clarify, those of you who already own all of the episodes (or bought the GOTY Edition) of this game only need to install the free Starter Pack for Hitman 2 in order to receive the remastered version. Once you've fired up Hitman 2, you'll be given one of two packs free of charge: the Legacy Pack or the GOTY Legacy Pack.

If you bought the GOTY Edition of this game, you'll get the remastered versions of the base game AND the Patient Zero bonus campaign. Otherwise, you'll just get the former.
