Hey Dtube!

I wanted to share one of my favorite hand stand drills that will help you get upside down! This is a great drill that help build strength in your shoulders and arms. Practicing these will help build your core strength and stabilizer muscles in your upper body.
This is a great drill for anyone starting out with hand stands that don't have their free standing hand stand down because you can use the support of the wall to help you.

I watch this DTube and when you do it, it looks so easy. Up & down, piece of cake...Lot's of practice and dedication, I'm sure

I am actually working on hand stands, this is great timing. I can hold for about 2 seconds now but in the future I will do better. It is an improvement of me falling on my but over and over because I didn't even know how to fall correctly.

Hand Stand It’s my resolution for 2018... I’ll let you know in December lol

We did these at school but on a cushion and i fell on my head twice
