One way to shield yourself from this kind of radiation is to make yourself a Faraday cage. In China you can buy extremely fine metal mesh which you can incorporate in clothes you wear outdoors. Buy fabric with aperture 0.1 mm and you´ll be shielded against radiation up to nearly 3 THz.
