Ok day 4.... it started off good enough and then the pain hit the belly and i was just feeling sorry for myself. So I had chocolate, and loads of it and the worst part i dont even feel bad about it! But i feel proud of myself as i went to the gym and i did, even with really poorly tummy! I took two tablets and the pain was still strong, later that day i also had some food poisoning, because i ate too many protein bars!! soo annoying! so be aware guys of these bars :P dont eat too many! hahah

@ivargereiko cooked me some yummy breakfast as well, cheese ( im such a huge cheese fan) and some tropical fruits!! I wish sometimes I had more will power thou, i am proud that I am exercising fourth day in a row, but just not happy with my diet and its something that always takes me much longer to perfect!! Oh well!!

It's always hard. However, the effort is worth the reward! I lost over 100 pounds after I started taking my levothroproxin and working out on a regular basis.

My sister in law and I once signed up for the gym.. We did Zumba. When we finished we looked for coupons in the car, and drove to through the Mac Drive... (It's so hard to discipline yourself!! ;) )

Good update, I wish you a good and fast recovery.
I now how it feels.
I just got an injury today while working out and it just frustrating, since I just finished my exams and wanted to spend a lot of time in working out everyday now....
Sometimes you can't change things.

Try taking evening primrose oil couple of weeks before your girly time, it will help with belly aches. Doubling on fish oil dose helps as well :)

Waao you are doing great but overeating protein bar is not a good choice dear because they are High in protein and our body needs more time to digest that protein,so always avoid over eating them just for satisfy your cravings,

And over all your are doing great all the best for your next day dear :)

Hi first of all, nice vlog.
i have mentioned that you are dropping you left knee to the inside during your squats. Maybe you should reduce the distance between your feets and try to push your knees to the outside.
Furthermore try to reach the 90 degrees while doing your kettle ball exercise.
Keep going :)
