How to make Tuna Salad at home. Healthy and convenient, this fish is your ideal protein-in-a-pinch. Spend your lunchtime savoring the flavor of the sea with one of these quick and healthy tuna salad recipes. Adding just a few fresh and nutritious ingredients can elevate even the most humble can of tuna from pantry staple to a healthy, satisfying meal. For years, canned tuna has been a lunchtime standard. So shake up the ordinary by preparing one of these delicious dishes for your midday meal.

Ingredients

1/3 of lemon juice
5 cherry tomatos
1/4 of long cucumber
1/4 of avocado
4 radishes
10 gr or 6 walnuts
Half of bell pepper
50 gr or half of romaine lettuce head
1 can or tin of tuna in water
salt & pepper

Directions

Step 1: Place all your vegetables into masterslice ( or chop them by hand ), add lemon juice, season and move several times until its all chopped up for you.
Step 2 : Place your salad onto a serving plate, add tuna and enjoy!

Good go to and quick and easy salad to make. Becca often makes this for her pack lunch, but you can easily get sick of canned tuna after awhile. Hahaha

Your recipe looks delicious as always. My favourite tuna salad is a mix of tuna in chilli oil (canned), coriander, tomato, cucumber and a squeeze of lemon juice. Perfect combo of spice and flavour from the coriander and tuna. Now I'm craving it haha
