This is a very Traditional recipe of crabstick salad. There are several salads which constitute a “must” for any Russian table. This crabstick salad is usually served on every occasion, birthdays, New years, Easter and Christmas. This crabstick salad is a great party food and perfect for a large group of people. Salads made of fresh vegetables have lots of vitamins and they are a real source of energy.
Ingredients
400 gr of crab sticks
1 can of sweetcorn ( around 250-300 gr)
1 cup OR 200 gr of white rice
4 boiled eggs
salt & pepper
Greens ( parsley or dill - optional)
Mayonnaise ( 100 gr + more/ less , can do half with plain yogurt or sour cream)
1 small onion ( optional)
