DAY 12. MY FITNESS JOURNEY - VLOG 12

Hellooo my friends!! !Sooo today I woke up to an amazing suprise in bed from @ivargereiko and it was sooo nice :)) I had so much food that I couldnt eat it!! hehehe

Then I went training with Ivar and we had such a good session, this week was really good with 4 training sessions! so much fun and progress!!! Then I went home and made him a HUGE lunch with zucchini noodles and all the vegetables, rice and seafood!!! Hope you enjoyed this video :) Thanks for watchinG!

It was way too dark for 9 AM. Quite possible if you don't have windows in that room. Few years back i used to stayed in my grand parents home. The room that i stayed in did not had any windows. It was very difficult to figure out what time of day it was. It became disaster for me specially in the morning. I Usually had to leave for work by 7:30 AM. One day i ended up oversleeping in that darkness and missed my work.

I am currently guilty of skipping my work outs routine. Watching the video made me feel that i am being lazy. I hope i can start working out starting today.

hahah well i cant sleep if its too bright!! soo yeah i need my dark windows, but i get your point!! :) heheh yeah start it!
