Just wanted to clear up a few issues/concerns...
...was a bit surprised they used coinpayments.com for the transfer instead of steemconnect which we are used to but I didn't mind much.
The site wasn't built exclusively for Steem and we currently accept five currencies (will likely expand in the future). We would like to use Steemconnect for deposits and other functions, but we still need to create our APIs and write the relevant code for that. It is currently in our plans.

Fees come out of our end. Extra virtual credits are $1.00 USD per 10,000 for our players and that is based on the current crypto prices according to Coinpayments.net, which gets their prices from exchange APIs.
So after playing for a while, one thing was constantly on my mind, are you guys sure you've put the house edge correctly?
Nope! We're not sure at all! Being provably fair, we can't really put our edge on the games other than adjusting the various payouts for winning. Most of the games use fairly standard payouts according to game odds. The one game that we are carefully watching and adjusting during beta testing is slots, which is a tough one to tweak to mimic real-world gameplay.
If our players are enjoying some extra wins though, that's OK with us! We want everyone to have fun, first and foremost!
...there's no investment or mining options so far so not sure why it matters to compete.
There are leaderboards for each of the games at the BROsino and there is an overall leaderboard. In addition to that, we have player profiles and stats/achievements/trophies planned for the BROsino and for our next release, which will be a multiplayer companion with daily through annual tournaments to complement the single-player BROsino.
One thing to remember is that this is not a gambling site. Due to the legal jurisdictions in which our team members reside, real-money gambling is illegal and we do not allow it on our site. Please make sure that you are playing and purchasing any extra virtual credits with that understanding. We start every user with 10,000 credits and will be giving away weekly credits to ensure that any user can continue playing for free if they choose to do so. Purchasing additional credits is simply an added option for players.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

Through the end of June, you can earn 2% of all of your referred players’ bets in our virtual credits. If your referred players deposit any money for virtual credits, then you will receive 50% of the amount of their deposit in our virtual credits.
After the end of June, the referral percentages will revert to 1% of bets and 25% of deposits.
Referred players will receive 5000 additional virtual credits for using a referral link and the regular 10,000 credits for signing up on the site. This is the normal rate.
Please remember that there are no cash rewards for referrals and you cannot win any actual money from our games. This is social gaming with virtual credits only.
