Its a dream month for those who are trying to lose their weight.This prolonged fasting is actually stimulate the weight loss programme,if you can maintain all those required rules.
Eat plenty of water in ifter and avoid sugery content and spicy slated foods.Add protein rich items in your diet and quality carbs(bread or rice).
Do some exercise such as walking and running.Dont be lazy.That will ultimately help you to lose significant amount of weight.
You can burn more fat in ramadan if you follow those rules than trying throughout the year.
