How to ELIMINATE NEGATIVITY from YOUR Life! - DTUBE Vlog #2!

There are 2 kinds of emotions in this world. 👍 Positive ones like love, joy, happiness and 👎 negative ones like hate, anger, guilt, and shame. As we all know like attracts like, you always attract more of what you think and focus on. Therefore you should always be focusing on the positive and seeing the positive side even in the not so good situations.

The hardest part of trying to start focusing on positive thoughts is programming that into your subconscious mind because you have probably been focusing on the negative for so long you have no idea where to start. 😕

Where to start?

We all have ups and downs in life where things just aren’t going great, but then we make them even worse by complaining and being negative. We get stuck in a loop of negativity, where we constantly think negative thoughts, attract negative experiences and then think some more negative thoughts which attract even more negative experiences. It’s a loop of doom. 😒

Here’s my number one tip to get back on your feet and turn your life around, which I have used many many times. 😎

Become the observer.

What I mean by that is to detach yourself from the thoughts you think, don’t associate and connect with them emotionally, but rather just let them be. Don’t judge them.

This is the main goal of meditation, but I use it in everyday life just as much. By observing instead of judging and emotionally connecting with your thoughts you are taking away the power and impact of those thoughts. When you do that you automatically raise your vibration and you stop attracting negative experiences. 🙌

The frequency of emotions:

Here’s a scale of thought vibrations. What we are doing is simply shifting our focus from feeling angry, sad, guilty – emotions on the bottom of the scale and shifting to the neutral state, by observing the thoughts and not associating with them.

After you are in the neutral or observer state it is much much easier to recognize and think positive thoughts, it’s much easier to attract the experiences you want, which will lead to you being happy, joyful and excited about life which then puts you in the highest vibrational state possible. 💖

Remember, observe and do not connect with negative thoughts, don’t judge them either, just let them pass. After a while you will get really good at observing all kinds of thoughts, when that happens you can slowly start trying to connect with positive thoughts and experiences, which will also create a loop, but this time it will be one that you will genuinely enjoy and allow you to experience all the blessings life has to offer. 💞

Good video! It's so true what you said inside the video.

It's truly wild how much power you get when you just observe things. You see other people getting attached to things and don't know why they get attached anymore! Attachment is corruption in life. Experiencing things is fine as long as we keep moving forward always into new experiences and not get stuck on 1 experience. This too shall pass.

That is when you start to see the power of the present moment. I like my 2 favourites of doing things 3x slower so you quickly become aware and do things with grace move around smooth and elegant. It truly makes every single moment enjoyable. And you see how much enjoyment every second could bring if you just paid some attention to the moment.

Eckhart Tolle's book A New Earth is my favourite when it comes to presence and get updated on this topic. It's so well written every page is a joy. Goethe also writes very elegant when it comes to explaining things he observes in the world. It gives you some new ideas to think about in life!

Thanks for the nice feedback! Yeah, I've been going big on those tips you provided in the 2017 recap video, I'm trying to pay a lot of attention to every single thing I do and always being aware, meditation twice a day also helps out so so much, because it makes you aware so much more throughout the day.

I haven't read New Earth yet, but I did read the Power of Now 2 times in a row and it made a big impact on me. You know what, next week I'm going on vacation and I'm gonna read New Earth a couple of times, I really find reading the same book 2-3x times really slow makes a big difference. Because you absorb every bit of information and it really makes you think and absorb the knowledge the author provides.

By the way, check out Greg Kuhn and his books on changing beliefs, I downloaded Kindle on my phone because you recommended and the highlighter feature is awesome, I got like 3books for $6 which is so amazing. Kindle is awesome! :D

I think creating a problem is a great way to discover things by trying to "solve" them! Its the exact thing you do in Philosophy and Mathematics. The thing is not to get frustrated when it takes a long time for you to understand (yourself).

I think its funny how some expressions of emotions completely different from each other still have great similarities. like Crying and laughing .. I mean you can literally laugh tears, it even sounds alike sometimes and also the the facial expressions...
