YOU DON'T
If you came on here to get rich fast, you might as well give up now and go out and buy some protein powder to sell. This isn't the place for becoming a millionaire overnight! Though the difference between Steem and overpriced protein powder, is that if you invest in enough time, it is definitely the place that you can maybe one day become a millionaire!!

Pshhh. I still have no idea what I am doing right or wrong. I have just accepted that upvotes are random, and to be thankful for the ones that I do receive, and I have made an attempt to get to know more people and be more active in the community with commenting and such and just hope for the best! :) It's definitely been fun if nothing else reading through tons of posts! That's why I love doing BuzzSteem because I can recognize users for their efforts, but because I also get to read through their content!

What brand of cookie do you suggest. I'm from the UK and really miss the British confectionary, at times it feels like the USA just can't get it right. Too much of that high fructose corn shit. I just want some beef gelatin and sugar based treats!!

Haha. I have HobKnobs in our pantry right now! I also LOVE Biscoff! I am a British treat girl at heart, as I love Nestle candies, and I like cookies crunchy!! Mmmm. As far as American cookies? Honestly, they're all pretty awful! Haha. I do like Circus Animals, but only a couple at a time, they are too waxy after that. Nilla Wafers are pretty swell too and I also like ginger snaps! Chips Ahoy are terrible though, and don't even get me started on Oreos!

haha I have no idea what biscoff is, but I do love a good hobknob in my cuppa tea on a sunday morning. I found a little shop in Manhattan that sells all things british but I begrudge paying $10 for a pack of hobknobs that I can get back home for 99p
So far the only Americano cookies I can get away with are newtons fig rolls or any brand fig rolls tbh, haha started getting a craze for them since living here. wierd..

I struggle with the exposure of posting on Steemit (desire to make Steem) and the need to stay private. I foresee a future situation when those of us in the USA at least will become scapegoats for supporting a crypto agenda. Not just the legal and banking authorities, but Steem having the balances open to the public can create a situation where criminals look up the balances of the highest holders to hold someone hostage for ransom. This has already happened to some holders of bitcoin whose balances were found out (one case in Russia that I can't name off the top of my head).

Well for me, I don't think I will ever be that rich, and well, I am all over the internet for a various assortment of reasons, which is why I didn't feel the need to hide my identity too much. I do see where you are coming from and why I probably should have been more careful with my identity all along. It's so hard as a performer/singer/actress because you want name recognition at some point and can't do that if people don't know who you are...

That's awesome! My kids have made a small debut here on Steemit, but they're still little bitties. Though my 6 year old watches YouTube vids of other kids and desperately wants to make YouTube videos. Sigh. I can't wait to one day buy food with Steem, I don't think it's too far off. I also think you will have great success selling your services! That's a really cool goal!

I like how you post a list of things you talked about, thanks for that. I think a lot of people do come here thinking they can get rich quick, and for some cases that's possible, but it's a super rare case.

Yeah I have seen a few who hit it off right away. It's extremely hard though, unless you know someone with a lot of SP to start! That definitely helps! It's a lot like the real world in that way! You start from the bottom and work your way up, unless you have those on the top to help you out from the get go! I personally have always liked a good underdog story though. ;)
